Group Menue

The basis for the menu order is the verbal or written reservation confirmation. A group of 10 persons or more chooses a standardized menu. The number of vegetarians and allergy sufferers must be notified in advance, other arrangements by arrangement. The menu suggestions are intended as food for thought. Vegetables and fruit vary depending on the season. We will be happy to work out an individual menu with you. We charge CHF 25.00 per bottle of wine brought along.

NUMBER OF PERSONS
‍To ensurethat your event is a complete success, we need the menu selection at least fourteen days in advance. This is the only way we can organize your event competently and professionally. The number of people registered seven days before the event is binding.

Up to 10.00 a.m. on the day of the event, we accept a 5% reduction in the number of people without incurring any costs. From 10.00 a.m. on the day of the event, we will charge 100% of the number of people registered at that time.

DECORATION
The rich variety of flowers in the Lötschental has influenced many a decoration. We recommend Karin Ritler, our florist from Ried bei Blatten. She can be contacted at ritler.karin@gmail.com and will competently take your requests.

INVOICE
To ensure a smooth process, we ask you to think about the collection. Individual collection takes a long time, is time-consuming and is therefore not suitable for groups. We recommend a total invoice or dividing the total invoice amount by the number of guests.
