We source many raw products from local producers in the immediate vicinity. Ideally within a radius of 100 km. Of course, this is not always possible. Lamb and beef come from the nearby region. Chicken and pork are from Switzerland. We source our fish from Fischer Tanner, the Valperca fish farm in Raron and Bernhard Bregy from Steg. We consciously try to avoid packs and offer as much as possible in open containers.
