Outside the self-service hours
we are happy to serve you in the restaurant on the 1st floor.
Daily from 18.30 - 23.30 o'clock

Dogs are welcome except in Chalet Chaplin.
We also ask you to leave your 4-legged friend in your room during breakfast and dinner.

For CHF 24.00 per adult person, we will spoil you from our breakfast buffet with many Valais delicacies such as apricot juice, crusted ham, rye bread, homemade jam, Zopf and many other surprises.

Dogs are welcome in the self-service restaurant

Cancellations

Hotel

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are accepted without charge.

If the reserved rooms cannot be re-let by the day of arrival:

Cancellation 13 - 07 days before arrival:
Charging 50% of the total price
Cancellation 06 - 03 days before arrival:
Settlement 60% of the total price
Cancellation 02 - 00 days before arrival:
80% of the total price will be charged

Restaurant

The definitive number of persons for group reservations must be confirmed at least 1 week before the event.

From this point on, the registered number of persons is binding.

‍

Until 10.00 a.m. on the day of the event, we accept a reduction of 5% of the number of persons without any costs.

‍

From 10.00 a.m. on the day of the event, we charge 100% of the number of persons determined at that time.

In case of avalanche danger, very heavy snowfall or other natural events, the access to the hotel must be closed. You book at your own risk. We can not guarantee if you can not start the vacation. In the worst case, you may be snowed in during your stay at the hotel or the access route may be otherwise closed. We will do our best to make this time as pleasant as possible for you. You must follow the instructions of the management and the authorities. We do not accept any payments for late return home, evacuation by helicopter, missed work days and the like. With your booking you agree to these conditions.
