The "FAFLERALP Sessions" rely entirely on "resonating bodies"
and pull the plug wherever possible.
The key to tranquillity lies in simplicity and closeness to nature. And you'll find plenty of that up here on the Fafleralp: no noise, no light pollution, nothing to distract you. Just pure nature and breathtaking music.
The "FAFLERALP Sessions" association organizes the annual "FAFLERALP Sessions" music festival. A small, fine and somewhat exclusive festival for music lovers and music enthusiasts.
This year we will be honored musically:
Esteban Lattion
Remo Forrer
Bukhu
Lina Maly
Mükka
Jared Lembo

In the winter season, you may come across one or two sled dog teams from "wuffel.ch" that are out and about with tourists. Individual dogs in a pack always perceive other dogs as competition or even as a threat. We therefore ask you to keep your dog calmly on the lead as soon as our team approaches. We always stop about 10 meters in front of you, block the sled and keep our dogs under control while you and your dog can walk past us without any problems. We recommend holding very small dogs in your arms.
We thank you for your understanding and wish you lots of fun with your four-legged friend in the beautiful Lötschental!
Ueli and Sybille, the Wuffel team
Atelier what? Atelier Loryplatz.
Loryplatz? Exactly! You know Loryplatz? Nice! No, that's just our name, we're not there! But we're not far away either!
This is how the architectural duo Sandra Münger and Christian Heller, architects and designers with a passion and convinced that their profession is a wonderful way to make the world more beautiful and people happier, introduce themselves on their website. We at Fafleralp can of course only agree with this, as these two were involved in the complete renovation of the Langgletscher, which opened in 1931.
It was particularly important to them that the Langgletscher should remain recognizable as such even after the renovation, but that it should nevertheless be brought into the "new" era.
This was also achieved thanks to the visual artist Adrian Scheidegger, who has been associated with the house for years, and the dialect writer Pedro Lenz , who creates a very special atmosphere in the house with his words.
We at the Fafleralp would like to thank all those involved and are delighted to be able to present the Langgletscher to our guests in this wonderful glow.
